Role

Lina is the Head of Network Strategy & Operations at 17A. She leads the team on developing our network, connecting people to meaningful public sector projects, and strengthening the systems and operations to make that happen.

Recent work

At 17A, Lina develops our network of people uniquely interested in improving public service delivery and manages “the 17A network”, ensuring people find valuable connections to public sector projects, resources, and to one another to grow the field of those who want to solve public sector challenges using new and innovative approaches.

Background

Lina spent the first half of her career in the nonprofit sector with organizations focused on public healthcare, immigration, and education before pivoting to professional services work. Immediately prior to 17A, Lina oversaw network strategy and operations for GLG’s Research (formerly Strategic Projects) product line, partnering with business leads across financial services, professional services, and corporate units to develop and manage a consultant bench that delivered complex, primary market research projects for GLG clients.

Something fun? Lina tries to stay active outdoors as much as possible, enjoys exploring new parks and coffee shops with her husband, Danny, and her dog, Churro, and is constantly trying to keep her New Yorker backlog at bay.
