We are looking for a Principal to join, manage and lead client-facing transformation projects.
Principals are responsible for contributing to the vision for our client projects and bringing them to life through day-to-day management. This includes leading stakeholders and team members across workstreams, building strong client relationships, and driving creative, analytical problem solving to arrive at the best possible answers for work and impact.
Our projects touch on a range of topics related to the use of new and better technologies in health and human services, government administration and other public service delivery issue areas (e.g., education).

We are based in Cincinnati and New York City – of course, with flexibility for remote options.
This is a full-time, salaried role with full health benefits, 20 days paid time off + company holidays and life and disability insurance. Compensation for the role includes a base salary of $140k – $180k, with range depending on experience.
