We are looking for a Healthcare Insights Lead to drive client-facing program design projects spanning topics like eldercare/dual eligible Medicare/Medicaid members, infant and maternal health, addiction services, and more.
The role will primarily be focused on connecting insights to practice, touching on a range of topics related to healthcare delivery for the Medicaid and uninsured populations, including: state policy and regulatory activity, investment trends, and emerging technologies that may support improved outcomes in various health contexts.
Specifically, the Healthcare Insights Lead will:
Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated interest in improving public or social service delivery and experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. Excitement about meeting new people, building great teams and thinking creatively about network building will be important to this role!
We are based in Cincinnati and New York City – of course, with flexibility for remote options.
This is a full-time, salaried role with full health benefits, 20 days paid time off + company holidays and life and disability insurance. Compensation for the role is $105k – $130k, with range depending on experience.
