Work with us

We are looking for a Consultant to support a multi-year, multi-agency transformation for an ERP system.

Specifically, the Consultant will:

  • Be a core contributor to the Program Management Office, managing various work streams across dozens of agencies adopting the new ERP. This will include planning, management, and implementation oversight across multiple modules within the ERP; and serving as a core owner for a successful transformation
  • Shape and lead creative organizational change management work – including supporting the development of frameworks and plans to achieve OCM objectives as part of the broader ERP transformation and managing the execution of those plans with state partners and other stakeholders
  • Shape and lead creative problem solving on ERP transformation topics using classic management consulting and strategy skills, as well as through proactive project management, stakeholder engagement, and oversight of technical implementation
  • Manage the project to success by developing robust project plans, overseeing software integrators, and managing testing of the system from development environments to production
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the State government, flagging risks and driving solutions across the ERP transformation
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and develop thoughtful perspectives on implementation methods, risks to project success, and successful user adoption across the state
  • Create materials, including in Excel and PowerPoint, to convey findings
  • Support strong project delivery by managing a team to support ad hoc needs
