17a is looking to hire a Director to join and co-lead our core team, with a focus on our projects in health and human services. The Director will be primarily responsible for –
Strong preference for candidates with demonstrated interest in improving health and human service delivery, 5-10 years of experience in a fast-paced business building environment and/or a background in management consulting.
We are based in Cincinnati and New York City – of course, with flexibility for remote options!
Must be excited to do what it takes to find better, more successful models for public service delivery – we believe that a lot of the most important innovation requires getting in the weeds on ‘last mile’ problems in service delivery that are often unsexy, dusty and complicated. Our team loves that kind of work and is looking for others who do too.
Improving public service delivery requires a team with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
