What do you think everyone should google to learn more about?
Small businesses in their area! There are so many cool local markets and shops, and it's so much fun to interact with the owners/employees. In my opinion, it's great to support their businesses, whether you're looking for fresh produce or locally-made artwork.
What are you listening to? (eg. music, podcast)
Warm Regards (and a number of other podcasts). This particular podcast is hosted by Jacquelyn Gill, a paleoecologist at the University of Maine. Gill discusses a wide range of topics related to climate change/environmentalism, including gender equity in climate change mitigation, geo-engineering, and the role of youth in the Green New Deal. I've also been listening to a lot of REO Speedwagon and The 1975 recently, they helped me survive finals week!
What are reading or what have you read recently that you love?
The Little Prince! Unfortunately, I don't know French so I am unable to read the original version, but I still love it. Every time I read it, I find something new to think about.
What is your tagline for 2019?
Warm hearts, not the planet.
Who would you most like to switch places with for a day?
Ruth Bader Ginsburg (our girl, Notorious RBG)
What's your secret talent no one knows about?
If I told you, it wouldn't be a secret
