What are you currently working on?
I'm working at Bridgeable, a community insights and engagement company that is changing how local decision makers learn by connecting them to the experts who live the issues every day.

What do you want to solve? How? Why?
I want to bridge the gap that exists between people making decisions, and people impacted by decisions. If you live an issue every day, you're an expert in it, and we need new avenues for decision makers to access and learn from the expertise in a meaningful way. Too many decisions are made by assuming what will work, or what people need, instead of starting with the premise, "I don't know, let's ask 'em!". Effective community organizing is the path.

What do you think everyone should google to learn more about?
The history of racial oppression in the U.S. And how to make homemade Mayonnaise!

What are you reading or what have you read recently that you love?
I just read "Interpreter of Maladies" by Jhumpa Lahiri, and it was incredible. I also read "Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln" by Doris Kearns Goodwin.
