Work With Us
The Hacking Heroin Cooperative (HHC) is a provider-led innovation fund, focused on building better technical tools to plug service delivery gaps for addiction prevention, response, and recovery.
HHC is led by regional health systems and treatment providers with frontline experience in addiction services and a shared commitment to taking the lead in figuring out what tools have the ability to achieve fast, meaningful impact in addiction services, Providers lead the HHC work, as frontline experts, stewards for pilots and financial sponsors to overcome the early-stage funding challenges of working in the addiction services space.
HHC makes coordinated investments in the development and deployment of new technologies that plug current delivery gaps in the addiction services ecosystem (e.g., better hand off to treatment), The fund also works to advance the overall maturity and effectiveness of addiction services with the support of several other partners, including innovation experts, philanthropic organizations, the venture community, big technology companies, and public sector organizations.
Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky are making headlines as a hard hit, “frontline” of the opiate epidemic - HHC believes the region has the the opportunity to flip that on its head and start making headlines for being an ecosystem that bands together for a coordinated, fast-moving, dedicated effort that builds solutions locally - that can be deployed nationally.
